    Last Updated: February 25th, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the AutoTimeX software platform (the "Platform"), which is owned and operated by Futureyx LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP applies to all business users, accounts, and authorized users accessing or using the Platform.

This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Company's Terms and Conditions and is intended to protect the Platform, its users, third-party service providers, and the Company from misuse, abuse, and legal risk.

    1. Purpose of This Policy

The Platform is designed to support legitimate business operations, customer engagement, and workflow management. This AUP defines permitted and prohibited uses of the Platform to ensure lawful, ethical, and responsible operation.

Use of the Platform in any manner that violates this AUP may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access, with or without notice, in addition to any other remedies available to the Company.

    2. General Use Requirements

You may use the Platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all legal obligations applicable to your business, including those related to communications, advertising, data protection, and consumer rights.

You may not use the Platform in any way that interferes with its normal operation, compromises security, or imposes unreasonable load on infrastructure or third-party services.

    3. Communications and Marketing Use

If you use the Platform to send or automate emails, SMS messages, notifications, or other communications, you must ensure that all recipients have provided valid consent or are otherwise legally eligible to receive such communications. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state privacy and consumer protection laws, and carrier or provider policies.

You may not use the Platform to send unsolicited, deceptive, misleading, or harassing messages, nor to distribute spam, phishing attempts, malware, or fraudulent content. The Company does not provide contact lists and does not verify recipient consent. Any misuse of communication features that results in excessive complaints, bounces, or enforcement actions may result in immediate restriction or suspension.

    4. Data Uploads and List Management

You may upload or import customer or contact data only if you have the legal right to do so and have complied with all notice and consent requirements. Uploading purchased, scraped, rented, or otherwise unlawfully obtained data is strictly prohibited.

You may not misrepresent the source, consent status, or accuracy of uploaded data. The Company reserves the right to restrict or disable features where data uploads present legal, reputational, or compliance risk.

    5. Advertising and Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may allow you to connect third-party services such as advertising platforms, analytics tools, or cloud services. You may use such integrations only in accordance with the applicable third-party terms and policies.

You may not use the Platform to circumvent restrictions, safeguards, or enforcement mechanisms imposed by third-party services. The Company is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including suspensions or limitations resulting from your conduct.

    6. AI-Assisted and Automated Features

If you use AI-assisted or automated features available through the Platform, you must ensure that such features are used responsibly and under appropriate human oversight. You may not rely on AI-generated outputs as a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or professional judgment.

You may not use AI features to impersonate individuals, mislead customers, generate deceptive communications, or engage in unlawful or unethical practices.

    7. Security and System Integrity

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or related systems. You may not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, bypass authentication measures, or interfere with system security.

You may not introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful scripts into the Platform, nor engage in activity that disrupts or degrades service availability.

    8. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use the Platform to create, transmit, store, or process content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful. This includes content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, or promotes illegal activity.

The Platform may not be used to engage in fraud, misrepresentation, identity theft, or deceptive business practices.

    9. Monitoring and Enforcement

The Company does not actively monitor all activity or content processed through the Platform. However, the Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP, including reviewing relevant data or activity logs where reasonably necessary.

The Company may take enforcement action at its discretion, including warning, feature restriction, suspension, or termination of access, to protect the Platform, third-party services, and overall system integrity.

    10. No Circumvention of Safeguards

You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or evade any limits, controls, or safeguards implemented by the Company, including rate limits, content checks, authentication requirements, or enforcement mechanisms.

Any attempt to circumvent such safeguards constitutes a material violation of this AUP.

    11. Reporting Misuse

If you become aware of suspected misuse, unauthorized access, or security vulnerabilities related to the Platform, you agree to promptly notify the Company. Failure to report known misuse may be considered a violation of this AUP.

    12. Updates to This Policy

The Company may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform capabilities, or risk management practices. Updated versions will be made available through the Platform or associated websites.

Continued use of the Platform after an updated AUP becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
